19. DIGITAL GOODS — LEGAL CHARACTERISTICS

Alleged violations of law, contract, or rights

65.2 Mandatory Nature

Except where prohibited by applicable law, all disputes SHALL be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, not in court.

66. INFORMAL DISPUTE RESOLUTION (PRE-ARBITRATION)

76. ENTIRE DISPUTE RESOLUTION AGREEMENT
